刘锋，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，IEEE通信学会会员。1999年与2001年于哈尔滨工业大学分别获得通信工程学士学位、通信与信息系统硕士学位，2009年于上海交通大学获通信与信息系统博士学位。硕士毕业后在华为公司北京研究所担任软件工程师，博士后期在华为公司上海研究所担任算法工程师，之后在香港中文大学从事博士后研究，2011年加入上海海事大学。
